Our Classes

Cycling/Spinning

™Spin 20/20 is a 40 minute workout: 20 minutes of spin and 20 minutes of the Half Pump work out format. Participants get 20 jam packed minutes on the bike followed by 20 minutes of free weights.

Weights

™Full Pump is a 45 minute class with warm up and cool down. The class format is designed with continuous movement. Full Pump keeps you moving! The class combines free weight work with cardio, and incorporates both upper and lower body exercises as well as abdominal work.

Running

™HIIR is High Intensity Interval Running. These are written treadmill workouts that vary speed and incline. HIIR has 20, 30, 45, and 60 minute treadmill runs. For these workouts, you choose your speed and speed range based on your running level and ability.

Stretching

Stretching doesn't just improve flexibility and mobility, but is a great way to prevent injuries and provides better blood circulation troughout the body.

Swimming

Swim are swimming workouts at a variety of swimming levels. Swimming workouts contain a warm up and cool down. The swim is about 30-40 laps. Depending on swim level and swim speed, the workouts can be completed in 45 minutes to an hour.

Walking

Walk-Run & Walk-Run-Pump are written treadmill workouts that alternate walking, running, and weights with walking, or weights after the run-walk portion. This section is great for individuals who want a challenge and variety, but who may not be able to run for a sustained period of time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Membership is month-to-month and on-going until you cancel.

No. The original price you signed up at will remain your membership price as long as your maintain your membership. If you cancel and decide to sign up again, you will be subject to any membership price changes.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. If you cancel after the billing cycle, you will be billed the monthly rate. Members may cancel their membership at any time by logging into their membership account, navigating to the profile and selecting the option “Cancel Membership”.

Membership is month-to-month and inexpensive, and for this reason, we do not issue refunds or pro-rate membership fees i.e. Refunds will not be provided for partial months. The membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
